Terms & Conditions

Jurify Technologies  ·  Last updated: June 2026  ·  Effective date: 1 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services operated by Jurify Technologies ("Jurify", "we", "us", or "our"), including www.jurifytech.com and LexLingo (lexlingo.jurifytech.com).

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Key points: LexLingo is designed for GST practitioners and legal professionals to translate notices, orders, and filings, and to produce certified translated copies ready for submission. Where a court or authority additionally requires a notarised certification, we offer that too; contact us to arrange one. Payments are non-refundable except where a translation fails to complete. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
  • Not be barred from using our services under any applicable laws or regulations.

Our services are intended primarily for legal professionals in India: advocates, chartered accountants, company secretaries, and their staff. By registering, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements above.

2. Accounts & Registration

You must create a Jurify account to access paid features. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share your account with others.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

A single account may only be used by one individual. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the free trial or any usage limits is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in abuse of our systems.

3. Our Services

Jurify Technologies currently operates the following products and services:

Jurify Platform (jurifytech.com)

The central Jurify platform provides user account management, single sign-on (SSO) across all Jurify products, billing and invoices, and the user portal.

LexLingo (lexlingo.jurifytech.com)

LexLingo is an AI-powered legal document translation service that translates court orders, GST notices, affidavits, and other legal filings between English and 18+ Indian languages. It uses AI-based optical character recognition (OCR) and machine translation technologies.

We may introduce additional products and services over time. Those products may be subject to supplemental terms, which will be made available at the time of launch.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service (or part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of any significant discontinuation that affects paid users.

4. LexLingo — Specific Terms

Document uploads

When you upload a document to LexLingo, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the owner of the document or have the legal right to upload and process it.
  • The document does not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes any third party's rights.
  • You are not uploading documents that you are prohibited from sharing under any confidentiality agreement, court order, or statutory duty — unless you have obtained the necessary authorisation.

Translation output

LexLingo is built for GST practitioners and lawyers who need accurate, fast translations of notices, assessment orders, demand letters, court orders, and affidavits. The translated output is suitable for submission, and we also provide certified translated copies for matters where a court or authority requires formal certification. Contact us to request a certified copy. See Section 9 for detail.

Supported file types

LexLingo accepts PDF files and common image formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF). File size is limited as stated on the upload screen. We reserve the right to reject or truncate files that exceed system limits.

Scan & pay flow

LexLingo uses a two-step process: (1) you scan the document to receive a word count and price quote, and (2) you complete payment to receive the translated output. The quoted price is locked at the time of scanning and will not change between scanning and payment, provided you complete payment within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the scan expires and you must re-scan the document.

5. Pricing & Billing

LexLingo pricing

LexLingo charges on a per-block basis, where one block is 250 words of translated content, priced at ₹50 per block (inclusive of applicable taxes). Billing is based on the number of words extracted by OCR from the pages that require translation; pages already in your target language are not billed.

Words Charge Notes
1 – 250 ₹50 First-block minimum
251 – 280 ₹50 + ₹0.20/word over 250 30-word grace buffer at reduced rate
281 – 500 ₹100 Rounds up to second full block
501 – 530 ₹100 + ₹0.20/word over 500 Grace buffer for third block
531+ ₹50 × ⌈words / 250⌉ Each additional 250-word block

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email to registered users and by updating this page.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. We do not store your card details.

GST invoices

A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every paid transaction and available for download from your account's Billing section. If your GSTIN is saved in your profile before payment, it will appear on the invoice. We cannot amend invoices after they have been issued.

6. Free Trial

Each new registered user is entitled to one free translation of the first page (up to 250 words) of a single document. The free trial:

  • Is limited to one use per account and one account per person.
  • Applies to the first page of the uploaded document only; additional pages require payment.
  • Produces a watermarked PDF output.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or credits.
  • May be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice for new users; existing free-trial entitlements will be honoured.

Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

7. Refund Policy

Because translation is delivered digitally and consumed immediately upon payment, all charges are generally non-refundable. However, we will issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Complete failure — if LexLingo is unable to produce any translated output for your document after retrying, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Partial failure — if some pages fail to translate after retries, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the failed pages based on the word count of those pages relative to the total quoted amount.
  • Duplicate charge — if you are charged twice for the same document due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. Refund references are provided in the application and via email. If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of confirmation, please contact us at [email protected].

Quality-related refund requests: If you believe a translation is materially inaccurate in a way that affected your use of the document, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with specific details. We will review each case fairly and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We strongly recommend using the free trial to assess quality before committing to a paid translation.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Upload or process documents that you do not have the right to share or process.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the IT Act 2000, the DPDP Act 2023, or any court order.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models, prompts, or system logic.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our servers, networks, or services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data that does not belong to you.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts, crawlers) to access our services in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal use.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercialise access to our services without our prior written consent.
  • Upload documents containing material that is obscene, defamatory, or likely to incite violence or communal hatred.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account, remove content, and/or report matters to law enforcement authorities.

9. AI Disclaimer

LexLingo is built for GST lawyers and practitioners. It translates notices, demand orders, assessment orders, affidavits, and court filings across 18+ Indian languages with high accuracy, producing translated copies that are ready to file and submit. We also provide certified translated copies when required by a court or authority; contact us to arrange one.

Like any translation tool, AI works best when the source document is clear and well-scanned. A few situations where you should review the output more carefully:

  • Highly specialised or jurisdiction-specific terminology that varies by state or court.
  • Poorly legible or low-quality scans where text could not be read with confidence.
  • Handwritten annotations, where legibility affects accuracy.
  • Mixed-language documents with unusual formatting.

For any translation output used in a legal proceeding, we recommend a quick review of key figures, names, and statutory references, just as you would with any drafted document. Jurify Technologies does not accept liability for adverse outcomes arising from reliance on AI-generated output without such review. See Section 11 for the full limitation of liability.

Need a certified translation? If a court, authority, or counterparty requires a certified or notarised translation, we offer certified translation services in addition to LexLingo. Contact us at [email protected] or +91-8796453083 and we will arrange it for you.

10. Intellectual Property

Our intellectual property

All software, code, interfaces, designs, logos, branding, documentation, and other materials on our platform are the property of Jurify Technologies or our licensors and are protected by Indian copyright law and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without our prior written consent.

Your documents

You retain full ownership of any documents you upload to LexLingo. By uploading a document, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the translation service to you. This licence terminates when processing is complete. We do not claim any ownership rights in your documents or their contents.

Translation output

The translated output generated by LexLingo is derived from your document. Ownership of the translation output is yours, subject to applicable laws regarding AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Jurify Technologies, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated translations.
  • Adverse legal outcomes arising from reliance on translation output.
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party infrastructure, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control.

In any case, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Jurify Technologies in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jurify Technologies and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Content or documents you upload to our services.
  • Your use of any translation output in a manner not contemplated by these Terms.

13. Termination

Termination by you

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations. Any unused credits or paid entitlements at the time of closure are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you:

  • Breach any provision of these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Fail to pay any amounts owed.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or free trial limits.

Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14) shall continue to apply.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable statutes, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat of arbitration shall be India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Send an email notification to registered users at least 7 days before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using our services before the effective date and may close your account.
